Financial clarity.Owner security.

An in-depth examination of the financial condition of assets by an expert working with AI. The audit is centred exclusively on the interests of the owner or agreed ownership group.

05

A financial picture the owner can rely on

An expert working with AI will examine the current financial condition of assets, cash flows, profitability, obligations and risks to the owner. AI will accelerate the review and comparison of data, while the expert validates findings, assesses their impact and prepares recommendations. The aim is the fastest possible thorough and complete audit within the agreed scope, with a concrete change plan to strengthen the owner’s financial security.

What the financial audit will cover

The assets, review period, available documents and key questions will be agreed with the owner. The analysis will consider each asset’s condition and the financial dependencies between assets.

Financial position of the assets

Assets and liabilities, equity, receivables and payables. What strengthens the owner’s financial position and what needs attention.

Cash flows and liquidity

Inflows, payments, available funds, cash shortfalls and the ability to meet obligations. Dependence on key customers, financing or other assets.

Profitability and costs

Revenue, margins, cost structure and financial results by asset and business activity. Where losses arise and whether the data supports the profitability reported to the owner.

Debt and financial obligations

Borrowings, repayment schedules, guarantees, tax and other financial obligations. Their burden on the assets and potential impact on the owner’s financial security.

Reliability of reporting

Consistency of management and financial reports with underlying records and cash movements. Gaps, discrepancies and questions to verify before the owner makes decisions.

Financial controls and hidden risks

Payment approvals, access rights, responsibilities, related-party transactions and follow-up controls. Risks of errors, losses or missed actions that may be outside the owner’s view.

What the owner will receive

A financial condition and risk map

A clear view of each asset, cash flows, obligations and dependencies, with evidence behind conclusions and matters requiring clarification.

Prioritised recommendations

Changes to strengthen the owner’s financial resilience and security, taking account of the current situation, the importance of each risk and available resources.

A concrete change plan

Which financial processes, controls or asset management practices need to change, in what order, and how to check implementation and results.

One guiding principle: the owner’s interests

The audit questions, risk assessments and recommendations will be determined exclusively by the interests of the owner or agreed ownership group. The expert will check the underlying data, including where it differs from team reports. This will help the owner protect what they have built, strengthen the business and direct more resources towards positive impact.

Questions, answered

Who will conduct the financial audit?

A relevant financial expert working with AI. AI will help process and compare data quickly, while the expert validates findings and prepares the final conclusions and recommendations.

What material is needed for the audit?

The list will be agreed with the owner: financial and management reports, cash flow data, debt, obligations, significant transactions and underlying records for the agreed period.

Whose interests does the audit serve?

Exclusively those of the owner or agreed ownership group. Objectives, scope and report recipients will be agreed with them. Conclusions will be grounded in verified data, including risks the team may have missed.

Will it be clear what needs to change?

Yes. The planned result includes a financial condition and risk map, prioritised recommendations and a change plan to strengthen the owner’s security. Implementation and subsequent validation will be agreed separately.
